CrossFit Belmont's Foundations Program

Our Foundations Program is a complimentary four-class series that is required of all individuals, regardless of athletic background, interested in a membership at CrossFit Belmont. This series is designed to introduce prospective members to the culture and community of CrossFit and CrossFit Belmont. Each hour-long class consists of lecture, movement demonstration and a short workout. All four classes must be taken before participating in our regular classes. October Series 1

  • Class 1: Tuesday, October 6th at 1830 (6:30 pm)
  • Class 2: Thursday, October 8th at 1830 (6:30 pm)
  • Class 3: Tuesday, October 13th at 1830 (6:30 pm)
  • Class 4: Thursday, October 15th at 1830 (6:30 pm)
