CrossFit Belmont’s Foundations Program

Our Foundations Program is a complimentary four-class series that is required of all individuals, regardless of athletic background, interested in a membership at CrossFit Belmont. This series is designed to introduce prospective members to the culture and community of CrossFit and CrossFit Belmont. Each hour-long class consists of lecture, movement demonstration and a short workout. All four classes must be taken before participating in our regular classes. It is best to take the classes in order, but they may be taken out of order and over two or more series if needed. The current and upcoming series are listed here for reference. July Series 1

  • Class 1: Monday, July 8th at 1000 or 1930 (7:30pm)
  • Class 2: Thursday, July 11th at 1000 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 3: Monday, July 15th at 1000 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 4: Thursday, July 18th at 1000 or 1930 (7:30 pm)

  • Class 1: Monday, July 22nd at 1000 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
