CrossFit Belmont's Foundations Program

Our Foundations Program is a complimentary four-class series that is required of all individuals, regardless of athletic background, interested in a membership at CrossFit Belmont. This series is designed to introduce prospective members to the culture and community of CrossFit and CrossFit Belmont. Each hour-long class consists of lecture, movement demonstration and a short workout. All four classes must be taken before participating in our regular classes. It is best to take the classes in order, but they may be taken out of order and over two or more series if needed. The current and upcoming series are listed here for reference. October Series 1

  • Class 1: Monday, October 1st at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 1: Monday, October 4th at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 1: Monday, October 8th at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 1: Monday, October 11th at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)

October Series 2

  • Class 1: Monday, October 15th at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 1: Monday, October 18th at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
  • Class 1: Monday, October 22nd at 1030 or 1930 (7:30 pm)
