Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for 5-13 year olds. We focus on building a balanced and healthy lifestyle for our children. Our desire is to help them see that exercise, healthy eating and good sleep will make them feel great. We want them to know they have choices and they can make good ones and still have fun! At the end of the day we want them to love moving, move well, and make movement a part of their everyday life. We want them to desire a healthy lifestyle from a very young age.
Our program is divided into two groups. The "Bigs" is designed for 4th graders through 13 year olds. This program includes basic body weight movements and light weighted movements once the children are developmentally ready. This program helps prepare them to enter our adult classes when they turn 14. Our "Lils" program is designed for K-3rd graders and focuses on body weight movements and developing the desire to move by making learning fun.
"Bigs" (4th grade-13 years old): Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-4:30pm
"Lils" (K-3rd grade): Wednesdays from 4:00pm-4:30pm
*Classes start after Labor Day and end before Memorial Day. We follow the school calendar, so whenever they are out (or have an early dismissal) we do not meet for CrossFit Kids.

Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to sign your child/children up for classes. It is only a monthly commitment, so they can join or take a month off at any point. This open enrollment works great with sports schedules. Please include your children's names, birth dates, ages, and grades in the email.
