Warm-Up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Snatch

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP. Lift on a 2-minute clock.

WOD: For Time (22 Minute Time Cap)

Stimulus/Focus: This should be a challenging workout-both in weight and skill. Focus on small sets and good form. The weight should be heavy for you. The workout ends with 3 snatches.
