FOUNDATIONS
CrossFit Belmont's Foundations Program
Our Foundations Program is a complimentary four-class series that is required of all individuals, regardless of athletic background, interested in a membership at CrossFit Belmont. This series is designed to introduce prospective members to the culture and community of CrossFit and CrossFit Belmont. Each hour-long class consists of lecture, movement demonstration and a short workout. All four classes must be taken before participating in our regular classes. The current and/or upcoming series are listed here for reference. If you are interested in getting started, please email us at crossfitbelmont@gmail.com. We will send you an electronic waiver that must be submitted before getting started. Hope to see you soon!

Morning Session
- Class 1: Monday, October 6th at 1030
- Class 2: Wednesday, October 8th at 1030
- Class 3: Monday, October 13th at 1030
- Class 4: Wednesday, October 15th at 1030
Evening Sessions
