Warm up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Deadlift

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP. Lift on a 2-minute clock.

WOD: 10 RFT (20 Minute Cap)

15 Kettlebell Deadlifts

10 Kettlebell Swings (American)

5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

100 Meter Run

Stimulus/Focus: Aim to complete each round without putting the kettlebell down until the run.

Cool Down: 3 Rounds

20 Standing Oblique Twists
