Warm-Up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Floor Press

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP. Lift on a 2-minute clock.

WOD: For Time (22 Minute Time Cap)

Stimulus/Focus: Happy Chest Day! Keep push ups in small sets in order to keep moving. Avoid working until failure.
