Strength/Skill: Power Snatch (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2)
Start at 75% and get AHAP. Lift on a 3-minute clock.

WOD: 7 Minute AMRAP

3 bar muscle-ups
*Men use 75 lb.
*Women use 55 lb.

*Women use 35 lb.

Stimulus/Focus: This WOD is light in load, but advanced in gymanstics. Aim to do the power snatches unbroken to give you more time on the rig.
