Warm-up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Push Jerk

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP. Lift on a 3-minute clock.

WOD: For Time (10 Minute Time Cap)

Burpees

Stimulus/Focus: Complete the push jerks in 2-3 sets each time. Find a steady pace on the burpees.

Cool Down: 3 Rounds
