Warm-up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Deadlift

5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP for 1 rep.

WOD: For Time (12 Minute Time Cap)

10 deadlifts, weight 1 (lightest)

2 rounds of:

50 double-unders

10 deadlifts, weight 2

1 round of:

50 double-unders

10 deadlifts, weight 3 (heaviest)

Masters RX:

♀ 125, 155, 185
