Warm-Up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Sumo Deadlift

Stimulus/Focus: Start at 70% and get AHAP. Lift on a 2-minute clock.

WOD: For Time (12 Minute Time Cap)

Dumbbell Box Step Overs (50/35)(35/20)

Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Stimulus/Focus: All athletes step on a 20″ box and hold two dumbbells (in the hang position). The workout should be challenging in weight and movement.
