Warm-up: Coach’s Choice

Strength/Skill: Power Snatch (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2)
Start at 75% of your 1 RM. Lift on a 3-minute clock.

WOD: 21-15-9 (10 Minute Cap)
Power Snatch (95/65)
Box Jump (24/20)

Stimulus/Focus: This should be a sprint. Try not to break your power snatches into more than 2 or 3 sets each round.
