Strength/Skill: Back Squat

*Get AHAP for a double.

WOD:
5 Minute AMRAP
1 Burpee
2 Box Jumps (24/20)
3 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)

Cool Down:
3 Rounds
20 Second Achilles Wall Stretch (each side)
200 Meter Row
